Slow Flow – Mondays 7 PM

Suitable for all levels. You won't find us doing the same sun salutations over and over. You will find a slower flow with poses being held for several seconds. We show up. We slow down. And we focus on building strength and flexibility one breath at a time.

Community Classes - Weds 5 & 6 PM at Atlanta First UMC

An all levels community class. Come to stretch, bend and breathe. Classes are complimentary and provided by First Atlanta United Methodist Church, located at 360 W. Peachtree St. NW, Atlanta. Classes are located upstairs in the lunchroom. Signs are posted. Ample, free parking is available. If you can't make it to the 5 o'clock class, join us at 6 p.m. Each class is 45 minutes.

Stretch It Out – Thursdays 6 PM

​No chaturangas. Instead we focus on subtle movements, holding stretches for several breaths. Expect some balance work. In the latter half of class we may use bolsters to help us settle into gentle, restorative yoga postures. This class is a great starting point for those who are new to yoga. Experienced yogis will appreciate the tranquility that comes from this peaceful practice.

45 Min. Power Yoga – Saturdays 10 AM

Unheated. An energetic, playful flow. This full body workout will build strength and burn calories. We may use weights, but students are welcome to opt out of using them. Beginners are encouraged to take our Monday evening Slow Flow class before diving into this 45 minute Power Flow session to ensure proper alignment while practicing.

Gentle Restorative – Saturdays 11 AM

A gentle practice that incorporates the use of bolsters. We hold supported postures for several minutes at a time. Think stress reduction and mindful breathing. Give this one a try if you're feeling wound up and need a break from the hustle and bustle of every day life.
