No chaturangas. In this class, we unite body with breath through a series of stretch exercises. This class is a great starting point for those who are new to yoga. Experienced yogis will appreciate the opportunity to focus on flexibility. For an hour each day let's focus on taking care of ourselves. Practicing in pajamas is welcomed, if not encouraged. Join us!
