Shine Again Yoga was established on the basis that no matter who you are, where you’ve been, what you’ve done, or what’s been done to you, you can always Shine Again.

Meet Sarah 

 

Hi! You can find me doing yoga just about anywhere. Usually with my tiny dog. I believe yoga is supposed to be fun. Playful attitudes aren't required, but they do help when you topple over after a botched headstand.

 

Yoga has provided me opportunities to be learn what my body can do. And to accept the things that it cannot.

As much as I love yoga now, that wasn't always the case. It took a tragic event and a picture on Instagram to change that. ​
