ACTIVITIES: (optional; deduct $15 from total price for any yoga activity you opt out of):

• Friday: Sunset Yoga on the Beach, followed by dinner

• Saturday: Free to lounge, explore, play

• Saturday afternoon: Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga or Kayak. SUP yoga is done in water using sturdy boards that float. During this activity water will be no more than thigh high. Those not interested in SUP Yoga can kayak or venture elsewhere.

• Saturday night: Dinner on the beach

• Sunday: Depart after breakfast

MEALS:

Two breakfasts are included. You may also choose to order your own breakfast from the on-site restaurant. Those with food allergies or restrictions are encouraged to bring other food options. Everyone is encouraged to bring their own snacks. You will be responsible for your own lunch and dinner.

LODGING:

• Condo is located on the 20th floor with balcony overlooking the ocean

• Four indoor/outdoor pools, two heated, one with waterfall and wading area

• Sauna and steam room

• Game room and arcade 

• Six miles from Pier Park
